Summer McIntosh cruises to national record in women's 800m freestyle at Canadian swimming trials

In front of a loud, inspiring audience at the Saanich Commonwealth Place pool at Canadian national swimming trials in Victoria, 18-year-old Toronto native Summer McIntosh set a Canadian record in the 800-metre final, finishing in a time of 8:05.07.
