The councillor for Rideau-Vanier has been reprimanded by City Council over a series of social media comments. However, Stephanie Plante will not be docked 3 days worth of salary. Ottawa's Integrity Commissioner determined that Plante had engaged in 'harassment, intimidation, and online bullying' in relation to debates over sprung structures. That violates the municipality’s Code of Conduct. As previously heard in Hour 1, the Downtown councillor argued that Wednesday’s decision by the City Commissioner sets a bad precedent. Prolific Canadian actor Graham Greene, who earlier this year received a Governor General’s award for lifetime artistic achievement, has died. Greene’s manager Gerry Jordan said Greene died on Monday in Stratford, Ont., of natural causes. He was 73.
