O-Train Line 1 service adjustments planned for August 16, 17, and 31

August 12, 2025

O-Train Line 1 service will be affected on August 16, 17, and 31 as planned integration work continues for the O-Train East extension.

The following service adjustments are planned this month:

  • On Saturday, August 16 and Sunday, August 17:
    • O-Train Line 1 will operate between Tunney’s Pasture and Tremblay stations all weekend
    • R1 service will operate between Hurdman and Blair stations all weekend.
  • On Sunday, August 31:
    • O-Train Line 1 service will be fully closed until noon
    • From 8 am to noon, R1 service will operate between Tunney’s Pasture and Blair stations

Every effort is being made to minimize customer impacts while the O-Train East extension testing and commissioning continues through the summer. This month, work has been scheduled to occur at the same time as other infrastructure activities, such as inspections in the St-Laurent tunnel, to minimize impacts to customers.
