Two teen boys, 15 and 17, have been charged with second-degree murder after a 27-year-old man died following a fight in west London, Ont., early Sunday morning.

A mayor near Newfoundland and Labrador’s capital city said his town of about 27,000 people would likely run out of water by Tuesday evening.Darrin Bent said officials noticed earlier in the day that the water flow was decreasing to Conception Bay South, on the outskirts of St. John’s.
