Hour 4 of Ottawa Now for Fri. July 25th, 2025

July 25, 2025

A former City of Ottawa lawyer has pleaded guilty to a charge of mischief to a war memorial. This is in connection with a recent act of vandalism to Ottawa’s National Holocaust Monument. CTV’s Josh Marano delivers the details in Hour 4. And on a lighter note, it’s a Friday afternoon, which means it’s time to review the latest batch of movies that are hitting the box office. One iconic series has Chris Holski’s undivided attention. The other might have missed the mark and headed straight for the lake. Matt Demers unveils which film is which. And finally, we tackle a bananas season of Love Island USA with CFRA’s Emma Kelly, as we launch the first unofficial episode of Pop Culture Punch.
