The music world is in a state of shock this afternoon, as tributes from rock stars and heavy metal fans pour in for the voice of Black Sabbath. Ozzy Osbourne, who lived well beyond his expected years, passed away this morning with friends and family by his side. He was 76 years old. Starting Aug. 1, tolls for all vehicles on the Confederation Bridge will drop from $50.25 to $20. Fares for inter-provincial ferries are also being cut by half.
