A truck driver’s lead foot led officers to the discovery of a truckload contraband smokes worth millions of dollars, according to Ontario Provincial Police in Frontenac.

On Wednesday, a driver of a recycling truck was forced to urgently dump a big load of material in a Kelowna school parking lot after flames erupted inside the vehicle.
