Residents pan planned intersection upgrade in Manitoba

People in Carberry, Manitoba have voiced their opposition to a plan to upgrade an intersection where 17 people died in a bus crash in 2023. The Manitoba government is eyeing an RCUT intersection, which restricts left turns, but many residents want an overpass or wider median instead.
