Provincial police say a man convicted of killing an Ontario couple in the early 1990s has now been charged in a cold case murder.Ontario Provincial Police say they’ve charged 70-year-old David Alexander Snow with first-degree murder, 34 years after the body of 40-year-old Angelien Quesnelle was found near Apsley, Ont.
“Each owner had to come up with that money to redo the full envelope of the building,” Susan Hisch said. “And still — nothing’s done.”
