Oppenheimer Park residents say new restrictions issued after playground opening cancelled

Residents said the grand opening for a new playground was cancelled on Friday and believe the move is connected to new restrictions over how homeless people can live in the park.
The incident, detected in late 2023, prompted police to place tight security around the NDP leader.
