Prime Minister Mark Carney outlined in his platform that he plans to cap employment, but unions say the government can’t afford to lose workers if it wants to deliver on its promises.

Laurier Avenue West, between Bronson Avenue and Bay Street, will be temporarily closed from Wednesday, May 7 at 7am to Thursday, May 8 at 10 pm.
This closure is required for road resurfacing and intersection construction work.
In the case of inclement weather, the closure may extend to Friday May 9, at 10pm.
