Hour 4 of Ottawa Now for Mon. February 17th, 2025
February 17, 2025

We have ongoing developments from Toronto’s Pearson Airport, as paramedics respond to a scary plane crash on one of the tarmacs. CTV’s Kamil Karamali joins the program in Hour 4. Meantime, the snow has finally stopped falling in Canada’s Capital, but snow-clearing companies are still hard at work. Justin Halpern, the co-owner of Kodiak Snowblowing, gives us a snowy picture of various Kanata and Stittsville neighbourhoods. Plus, as our city digs itself out of Jack Frost’s paradise, make sure those vents are being cleared out. Ottawa Fire has already responded to 10 carbon monoxide calls since Sunday’s storm, and it’s due to this exact issue.
Ontario Provincial Police say 3 people were killed and another seriously injured in a fiery head-on crash on County Road 2 in South Glengarry Thursday night.
