The premiers are set to spend two days making the case to U.S. lawmakers and business leaders that tariffs would unnecessarily harm both countries' economies.
The extent of the victims' injuries is not yet known, according to a spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), who said police are still investigating.
