Most of Ontario's main party leaders will be courting voters in northern parts of the province today, as Progressive Conservative Leader Doug Ford returns to Toronto.
Air Canada is contesting in court an order by the Canadian Transportation Agency to pay a couple $2,079 for delayed luggage. Critics argue the agency's complaints system needs to change so passengers don’t get dragged into court battles.
