The historic Kingston Penitentiary has been added to the Canada Public Land Bank. The plan will support 1,770 housing units under the federal plan to build four million homes.
Air Canada is contesting in court an order by the Canadian Transportation Agency to pay a couple $2,079 for delayed luggage. Critics argue the agency's complaints system needs to change so passengers don’t get dragged into court battles.
