Eight years ago, a 12-year-old cat named Meow Meow went missing. That is, until last Thursday, when he was spotted wandering the streets of Nepean. The lost feline was sent to the Ottawa Humane Society that day and he is now back at home with his relieved owner! OHS spokesperson Stephen Smith shares the good news in Hour 4. Many Ontario colleges have cut programs, put others under review and closed satellite campuses. Cuts have also started in other provinces, and experts worry there will be less choice for students and, in the long run, fewer qualified grads entering the workforce of some sectors.
