'Maman Tawembi': Newcomer, advocate dies after being found outside in the cold

Marceline Tawembi, a newcomer to Canada who devoted her life's work to improving the lives of others in her home country of Congo, died in the cold in Ottawa earlier this month after leaving the women’s shelter where she'd been staying.
