Personal attacks against anyone is bullying. If you have a problem with their policy then state it, don't diminish someone personally just because you don't agree with them. Its very poor behaviour for an adult let alone a politician or a Prime Minister.
Perhaps the PM should sit in on one of the many anti-bullying assemblies taking place in elementary schools across the country. He may learn something.
