Ontario public service employees are being ordered to increase their time at the office this fall, and by 2026 will be required to be in the office five days a week, the provincial government announced Thursday. Workers who had previously attended the office for a minimum of three days a week will be required to attend four days a week starting on Oct. 20. Starting Jan. 5, 2026, workers will be expected to be in office full-time.
