Prime Minister Mark Carney met with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the APEC summit in South Korea. Carney said the meeting was long overdue and that it marks a 'turning point' in the Canada-China relationship that will create opportunities for Canadian families, businesses and workers.
