Trump attacks Canada again after saying he’ll end trade talks

President Donald Trump said all trade talks with Canada were terminated following what he called a fraudulent advertisement in which former President Ronald Reagan spoke negatively about tariffs.
U.S. President Donald Trump continued his attacks on Canada on Friday morning, hours after he said he had “terminated” all trade negotiations over an ad campaign by the Ontario government.
In Truth Social posts on Thursday night and Friday morning, he lashed out at Canada over the ad, accused Ottawa of trying to influence a U.S. Supreme Court case on the legality of his tariffs and defended the levies as necessary for national security.
