If you’ve been trying to snag tickets to popular concerts and events, you have probably lost the resale pricing battle once or twice. Actually, maybe more than once or twice. And as the Toronto Blue Jays gear up for the World Series, Canadian sports fans are feeling the pain big-time. Ontario’s Premier says he’s had enough, and he intends to do something about it. But how much can he do? Stephen Selznick is a partner with Toronto-based Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP. He says there are rules around ticket pricing in some Canadian jurisdictions. However, besides barring bots or using platforms to prove if resale tickets are authentic, that’s about as far as we’ve gone in terms of a crackdown. He joins Kristy Cameron in Hour 2. Meantime, the federal government has unveiled its highly-anticipated bail reform system. CFRA's Andrew Pinsent delivers some of the key highlights, as well as the early questions and concerns that are being pondered. Plus, we tackle today’s pressing health issues with Ottawa’s Medical Officer of Health, as we tackle ‘Your Health’ with Dr. Trevor Arnason.
