Documentary goes behind-the-scenes on the birth of Northern Super League

As the Northern Super League gears up for its first-ever postseason, Michele Hozer’s documentary The Pitch provides a timely behind-the-scenes look at the making of the women’s pro league.

Starting in late 2022, The Pitch follows league co-founders Diana Matheson and Thomas Gilbert as they looked to turn their Project 8 blueprint into a reality with the six-team league kicking off earlier this year.
