Due to a variety of manufacturing disruptions, Health Canada says the country is currently experiencing a shortage of some common painkillers. To be more specific, this list includes painkillers that contain Acetaminophen with either Codeine or Oxycodone. Kristy Cameron digs deeper with Jen Belcher, who is the Vice-President of the Ontario Pharmacists Association. Meantime, Canada’s Capital is getting ready to host its first Ironman competition, as a wide range of elite athletes are gearing up for this Sunday’s Ironman Canada Triathlon. Prolific Canadian actor Graham Greene, who earlier this year received a Governor General’s award for lifetime artistic achievement, has died. Greene’s manager Gerry Jordan said Greene died on Monday in Stratford, Ont., of natural causes. He was 73.
