For the so-called ‘Burnout Generation’, the loss-of-passion for their current career, coupled with a higher cost of living and limited employment opportunities, is giving birth to a new mindset. And with today’s workforce living longer and working longer, a short-term retirement in your thirties or forties doesn’t sound like a crazy idea.
