Economists expect Canadian jobs market flatlined, unemployment rose slightly in June

Statistics Canada is set to report employment figures for June today.

A Reuters poll of economists expect the pace of hiring stalled in June, with no change in employment predicted, according to LSEG Data & Analytics.

The report states that out of the 244 accidental lake drownings over the past decade, between 2014 and 2024, 28 have occurred in Okanagan Lake.
