On the eve of the fourth anniversary of Jonas Palmer’s death, OPP say the province is offering a $50,000 reward for information that helps to solve the fatal shooting.

According to court documents, Plover was charged with assault by choking and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm in June, 2024.
