Hour 1 of Ottawa Now for Mon. June 2nd, 2025

June 2, 2025

Chris Holski is filling in for Kristy Cameron today, as she pinch-hits for CTV Morning Live this week. Don’t worry, we’ll revisit that subject with a couple of highlights from Monday’s program. But first, we shift gears to serious matters at Carleton University, as Scotiabank shuts down its campus branch in favour of relocation. The closure will be complete as of August 5th, as the branch moves to 1145 Bank Street. Marc Tasse is a part-time Professor at UOttawa’s Telfer School of Management. He joins the show in Hour 1 to deliver his two cents on the matter. Plus, we bring you up to speed on today’s top headlines.
