NCC pulls freedom-of-information records from website after language watchdog says they must be in French and English

The National Capital Commission has disabled part of its website that was home to documents released in response to access-to-information requests. The man charged by police in the late-night sexual assault of a 62-year-old woman in one of Toronto’s most popular parks was on probation at the time of the incident.
