July 2, 2025

Treena Orchard is a researcher at the School of Health Studies at Western University, and she is also the author of ‘Sticky, Sexy, Sad: The Darker Side of Dating Apps’. She joins guest host Andrew Pinsent in Hour 2. Meantime, with Canada Day celebrations now in the rearview mirror, RBC Bluesfest is the next big ticket on Ottawa’s Summer calendar. But once that heavy-hitter packs up in mid-July, hotels all across Canada’s Capital might have to get a little creative. Jerome Miousse, the Director of Public Affairs for Ottawa Tourism, pays us a visit.
