Quebec doctors say new bill will drive them away, threaten patient access

With hearings on Bill 106 underway in Quebec City, some doctors are warning they could close their clinics if the legislation isn't changed. The province's College of Physicians has told them to rein in that alarmist messaging.
Northwood Recovery assured the local city councillor it was closing a controversial clinic that offers safer supply, leaving her and some members of the community feeling "betrayed."
