Canada remains Liberal Red for a fourth straight election, swiftly turning the tables on the Tories and nearly securing a small majority. In the coming weeks, they will enter the House of Commons with a new leader and a strong minority, as the Bloc Quebecois plans to support the Mark Carney regime. Well, at least for the time being. We dig deeper into Monday’s results with our Political Heat Panel. Turning our attention to local ridings, one of them has remained Liberal Red for the past 90 years. That would be Ottawa-Vanier, as Mona Fortier secured her fourth term as a Liberal MP. She goes 1-on-1 with Kristy Cameron in Hour 2, with government budget cuts top of mind.
