A former Kelowna RCMP officer who admitted to sending sexually explicit messages to a victim of domestic assault has been granted a conditional discharge and placed on probation for 12 months.
The motion, introduced by PC MLA Tammy Scott-Wallace, was unanimously adopted in the legislature on Thursday.
