They are being used around the world, and they are essential for all sectors of technology to thrive. From electric motors and electric vehicles, to computers and smartphones, and even modern military equipment, our country fuels various forms of innovation. And without access to this market, America becomes very dependent on China. Kristy Cameron digs deeper with Muralee Murugesu, a UOttawa professor who studies Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences.
