Today is Bell Let's Talk Day, a day where we shine the spotlight on mental health awareness. In 2025, our primary focus is centred towards the youth mental health crisis, a problem that is flaring up all across the country. Kristy Cameron chats with Dr. Robbie Babins-Wagner, the CEO of Calgary Counselling. She worries that today’s technology is hindering our social skills. Meantime, a new survey from the Canadian Medical Association shows that 37 percent of respondents have used medical advice they found online, as opposed to visiting a medical professional. That’s because they couldn't access a medical professional for help. Dr. Kathleen Ross, the CMA’s former President, analyzes the concerning data.
