A new report finds that a high-speed rail link between Toronto and Quebec City could deliver billions of dollars in economic benefits.The C.D. Howe Institute study says the promised line would generate between $15-billion and $27-billion in value for Canadians over six decades.

Ontario is seeing a huge surge in measles cases, mostly among unvaccinated patients. Health officials are reporting 372 cases since the outbreak began last October — that's a jump of more than 195 cases since Public Health Ontario's last report on Feb. 27.
