Once we hear Mark Carney speak, we will take you live. Until then, do we have an idea of what his priorities are going to be? What kind of a leader does he need to be? And when it comes to this leadership race in general, is it destined to be a two-way battle? Kristy Cameron picks the brains of Fred DeLorey from NorthStar Public Affairs and former MP Martha Hall-Findlay. Fred helped run Erin O’Toole’s Conservative leadership bid in 2020, while Martha ran for the Liberal leadership herself in 2013. Plus, a city councillor in Ottawa’s East End is claiming that her ward has been shortchanged on development charge road funding.
