François Phillippe-Champagne had the chance to lead the federal Liberals, a title that will soon be vacated by Justin Trudeau. So did Christy Clark, who recently brushed off her previous ties to the Tories. Today, both decided to abandon ship on that vision. Well, at least for now. CTV National News correspondent Rachel Aiello reveals the names that are still in the hunt, and when they could throw their hats into the ring.
