From the COVID-19 pandemic, to the 2022 Freedom Convoy, ByWard Market businesses have dealt with a lot of pain and plenty of curveballs. Today, it’s a case of aggressive bylaw enforcement and an overflow of parking tickets. Some business owners are at their wits end, alleging that officers are handing out tickets left and right to delivery drivers and suppliers.
