On Jan. 20, I was crossing the east Woodroffe United Church parking lot when I stopped at the sight of three police officers striding towards a small tent erected by the fence of Woodroffe Public School, on the right-of-way that extends to Woodroffe Avenue. They were followed by two city workers and a three-ton open-rack truck and driver backing up, against the signed traffic flow, towards the tent site. Read More
