On Jan. 28, The Globe and Mail’s happiness reporter Erin Anderssen answered reader questions about her feature on the “happiest people in Canada.” In the feature, she asked Canadians to send in the names of the happiest people they know. Across the country, friends, family and co-workers responded with more than a hundred nominations – young and old, from a range of backgrounds and professions, living in cities and small towns across the country.Readers asked Erin about what she learned speaking to these happy Canadians, what they all had in common, what lessons she learned from them, and how people can overcome negativity.
